Meet Carlos Diaz-Calvi

I’m Carlos Diaz-Calvi, and for the past three decades, I’ve helped some of the world’s largest companies adapt to constant technological change. My career has taken me from Argentina to Europe, and now to Texas—leading digital transformation programs, building Centers of Excellence, and helping teams deliver high-impact results across industries.

I created No Rush Tech with one goal:

To make people feel confident and equipped in the age of AI and accelerated change.

From leading Satellite-driven fire fighting teams in Argentina to driving enterprise transformation for Microsoft, Shell, and Chevron, Carlos Diaz-Calvi’s career reads like a blueprint for fearless growth. He didn’t follow a straight path—he created his own.

Along the way, he earned credentials from Harvard SE, embraced and evangelized Kaizen and Six Sigma, and became a leading voice in AI adoption and tech strategy.

But what sets Carlos apart is his blend of logic and creativity. He’s authored a dozen award-winning novels, paints in his spare time, with mindset that fuses art, curiosity, and innovation.

Now based in The Woodlands, Texas, Carlos helps others stay sharp in the AI era through coaching, executive advising, and leadership development. His mission: make technology human, practical, and empowering for all.
